This technique works best for people who can control their body parts better.

Some self-hypnosis therapists recommend turning off lights and music while practicing self-hypnosis. This is a matter of dispute. Research has shown that some people can practice the art of self-hypnosis with light music and a low-wattage bulb in the room. There is also some debate about the timing of self-hypnosis exercises. Experts suggest that beginners find the ideal time slot for themselves. One can try it at different times of the day and then choose the most suitable time for that person.
